Desired Skills & Experience for Sales Reps
Minimum 3-5 years experience in commercial window sales and/or CDT preferred. Key consideration is ability to effectively cultivate relationships with architects, developers, contractors, dealers/installers, property owners, and other appropriate contacts.

Wojan Window & Door is seeking a talented, creative, and dynamic individual to join our team in the position of Programming and Database Maintenance. We are looking to fill this entry level role with an individual who is professional and has programming training or experience.
The Programming and Database Maintenance position responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•Collaborate with Quality, Estimating, and Engineering to ensure an estimating database is current and accurate
•Update CAD illustrations in a database
•Import window and door database data
•Implement User Interface updates for estimating workflows
•Provide technical support for Estimating team training
•Review and coordinate change logs and Bug lists
•Understand the organization of a window and door parts database
•Implement updates considering current design architecture
•Support quality testing and corrective actions
This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, in addition to, computer proficiency, and 2D CAD and mechanical drafting experience.
Experience in the window industry is a plus.
Salary to be based on provable skill level and experience. A full benefits package available after 60 days includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) with a generous company match, PTO, and more.
